I've called around a few companies for a decking project in the backyard. Most were booked weeks in advance, with very little to no responsiveness. When I called SIDEX, Andrey responded right away, provided clear and accurate information and sent out a rep on the same day with product samples. His quote was inline with some of the others, and he was willing to undertake some of the more complex design (deck & benches out of Trex, etc) from the desired design photos I've shared. Material showed up in a week, and the work was scheduled right away. The crew that came out had done immaculate work! They had asked for direction on a few items, and completed the work to my liking. Guys were extremely hard working, with the perfection in mind. Every seam, every cut, every angle is perfectly aligned, even when it meant to spend extra time due to uneven ground surface. Could not have asked for a better result. Not only that, upon completion, the PM followed up with me and asked if the project was done to my satisfaction. Upon further inspection, I was only able to find one area that had a bit of a larger gap than others. He dispatched the crew back right away, and it was fixed in no time. If you're not hiring SIDEX for your project - you're going wrong.

SideX did a great job replacing my window. They were on time, called ahead of their arrival as promised and cleaned up great before they left, making sure all was to my satisfaction.

Met with several decking contractors when my deck collapsed. Bids were all over the place. Andreys bid was in line with a couple other recommended companies, but I was very impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to listen to my ideas. Hi crew was phenomenal, working in 105-degree heat for 4 days, their craftmanship was impecabble, they worked tirelessly and I can't say enough about how happy I am that I hired SIDEX. The process was quick and smooth! Definitely professionals with attention to detail when waterproofing as well making sure the siding pieces end up seamless. We had to repair a lot of previous pieces because the last contractor butted them too close which caused them to bow over time. They reached and exceeded my expectation. THANK YOU TEAM!
